what we keep —

Your wine photos and your notes.The label shots you take and whatever you say or type about each wine. That's the whole point — it's your wine memory.

Your voice stays on your phone. Voice notes are turned into text on your device; only the words reach our servers, never the recording.

Your email, if you sign in. You can use Sip Sage without signing in at all. Sign in with Google or a magic link and your sips follow you across devices.

what we never do —

We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. Nobody can pay their way into your recommendations. And there's no premium tier: every feature is available to every user, free, forever.

leaving is easy —

Export anytime.Tap “export your sips” in Settings and everything you've written arrives by email within 24 hours. Your notes are yours.

Deleting takes two taps. Settings → delete my account → confirm. No support email, no hoops. Gone for good.

The fine print: wine photos and notes are processed by AI services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) only to answer your request — they don't keep your data for advertising or to identify you. To block spam bots, sign-in is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks limited technical signals (like IP address) silently in the background and doesn't identify, profile, or track you — details in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
